Model Description
J (economical type) is suitable for complete sets of electrical equipment factories. The main technical performance is the same as other types, the packaging method adopts independent packaging, the product performance is good, and the price is economical.
P (ordinary type) adopts imported chips from abroad, which has all the unique properties of soft start and is suitable for demanding occasions.
G (high-end type) in addition to P-type technical performance and the use of P-type main accessories, it is also equipped with network communication functions. This model is suitable for use in the design institute's picture above and where centralized network control is required.

The main technical performance of QYR soft starter:

10. Starting current limit range: 150~500%;
11. Signal output mode: four pairs of passive contact outputs. Running status output: normally open and normally closed; fault status output: normally open and normally closed;

Installation wiring diagram
Main circuit wiring method of soft starter:
1, connect the power cord to the soft starter input terminals L1, L2, L3;
2, directly connect the soft starter output terminals T1, T2, and T3 to the motor;
Soft starter control circuit wiring:
1, 5.5kW~37kW control circuit wiring: (see Figure 1)
01, 02 terminals are control power (220V)
No. 03 terminal is a vacant terminal
04 and 05 terminals are start and stop terminals
05, 06 terminals are fault signal input
2, control circuit wiring above 45kW: (see Figure 2)
01, 02 terminals are control power (220V)
Terminals 03 and 04 are start and stop terminals (terminals 03 and 04 are connected to start, disconnected to stop)
05 and 06 terminals are the fault input signal terminals (when the fault signal is input, the 05 and 06 terminals are connected, the main circuit is cut off, and the starting control is locked)
The 07 and 08 terminals are the fault signal output terminals (when the line fails, the 07 and 08 terminals are closed)
08 and 09 terminals are fault signal output terminals (when the line fails, the 08 and 09 terminals will be disconnected)
No. 10 and 11 terminals are running output terminals (the soft starter is over, after the bypass relay is closed, the 10 and 11 terminals are closed, and the 10 and 11 terminals are disconnected during soft stop)
The 11 and 12 terminals are running output terminals (the soft starter is over, after the bypass relay is closed, the 11 and 12 terminals are disconnected, and the 11 and 12 terminals are closed during soft stop)
