Electrophoresis power control cabinet
The electrophoresis power supply control cabinet is composed of SCR full control module, rectifier transformer, filter circuit, control circuit, power supply system and cooling system. The main circuit adopts a three-phase fully-controlled rectifier circuit, and is designed with an LC filter circuit, the output waveform ripple coefficient is small, the current is smooth and continuous, which greatly meets the needs of the electrophoresis process; the constant voltage closed-loop control circuit uses a Hall sensor, and the voltage regulation accuracy High voltage fluctuation is very small; the time relay has high control precision and the soft time can be adjusted arbitrarily to meet the needs of various electrophoresis occasions.
The electrophoresis power supply is widely used in the surface treatment of daily-use hardware, that is, electrophoretic coating.
