Overview

The electroplating and electrolysis power supply control cabinet is composed of SCR module, rectifier transformer, rectifier tube and control system. The control system adopts microprocessor technology, which has good control quality and convenient debugging and maintenance. Constant voltage or constant current closed-loop control can be arbitrarily selected according to the needs. The main circuit selects a fully-controlled bridge or a six-phase double-reverse star rectifier line with a balanced reactor according to the current size. 

The power supply device has complete protection functions, including phase loss, overvoltage, overcurrent, and overheat protection; it has remote control operation functions, start and stop commands, voltage and current adjustment commands, and fault alarm feedback, which can realize remote control operations.

Product Usage

is mainly used for direct current power supply for metal galvanizing, tin, copper, silver and anodizing. It can also be used for other low-voltage and high-current direct current power supplies that require voltage stabilization or steady current operation.
